Rental period
Standard rentals include 7 calendar days from delivery unless otherwise quoted. Extensions are billed at the daily rate stated in your quote. Early pickup can be scheduled at no extra charge.
Weight allowances and overages
Each rental includes a weight allowance stated in tons. Weight exceeding the allowance is billed per ton at the rate stated in your quote. Landfill weight tickets are provided on request.
Loading
Containers must be loaded level with the top rail. Overfilled containers cannot be legally transported and may incur a trip fee until corrected. Customer is responsible for debris that falls outside the container.
Prohibited materials
Hazardous materials including paint, solvents, oils, fuels, batteries, tires, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste and chemicals are prohibited. Loads containing prohibited items may incur sorting, handling or rejection fees. Heavy materials such as concrete, dirt and brick must be placed in designated heavy-debris containers.
Placement and access
Customer is responsible for selecting a placement location and ensuring legal access. We place protective boards under residential containers and exercise care, but customer accepts responsibility for surface conditions, underground utilities and obstructions. Permits for public right-of-way placement are the customer's responsibility.
Payment
Payment is due at booking by credit card unless a billing account has been established. Overage and extension charges are billed after pickup.
Cancellation
Orders cancelled before the truck is dispatched incur no fee. Cancellations after dispatch or failed deliveries due to blocked access may incur a trip charge.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
